Unique Antique "faux" Ivory Seal Shaped Cribbage Board For Sale
Up for offers is a really interesting antique "faux" walrus tusk ivory cribbage board. It is in the shape of a tusk with a little seals head and feet on the front. It has to be at least 80 years old, maybe older. It belonged to my grandparents who have long passed away. It is solid... no place to keep the pegs, and no pegs. We used toothpicks as pegs. It measures 10 inches long, and has no chips or breaks. I've never seen another one of these. I'm guessing it is from Alaska or Newfoundland, but that's just a guess. It has a hole in the tail end so it can be hung. A great conversation piece or game piece, or both.
