These First Aid Kit Cases are Brand New never Issued. They were made in the early 1980's by Fraass Survival Systems INC in Bronx, New York. These Medical Kits were sold to the Military in the early 1980's but never used. This is rare to find something like this Brand New and never Issued. They Measure 5 1/2"x 4 3/4"x 2 1/2", Watertight, Plastic and Very Durable. The Military NSN Number for the Box is 6545-01-094-6136. They are made to fit in any Standard Issue Military Pouch and Canteen Pouch. Check out my other sales I have some in Pouches. You can use them to make your own Medical Kits the way you like or use them for the Medicine Cabinet in your House. These Medical Boxes have many uses and they are a great piece of History.
