We are offering for your consideration this U S Navy VAH-2 Solid Brass Ships Bell which is approximately 6 3/8" H x 5 1/2" D, brass clapper, cotton bell rope, inscribed with US Navy emblem "LT J C MCILWAINE FROM THE OFFICERS OF VAH-2", good patina/tone, and is in good/very good condition.

Payment:

Payment is due within (7) days after the completion of the sale. Any item for which we have not received payment after 10 days will be re-listed and/or an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened. We will attempt to work with all buyers as we are aware special circumstances may arise. Domestic and International buyers must pay with PayPal.

Return Policy:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date received and returns will not be accepted without prior approval from the seller, so please contact us before returning an item. We provide as accurate a description as possible on the used estate items we are selling through research and photos, so please ask questions. We attempt to put ourselves in the place of the buyer as we inspect and describe items, but as we are human we may on occasion miss something, in which case we are quite willing to work with buyers concerning the return/refund for their purchase.

Refund Policy:

In the case a refund is granted, we will refund the purchase price and shipping. However the refund will not be sent or credited to the buyers PayPal account until the item has been returned to us. Shipping:

We carefully package all items using appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, and peanuts. We are happy to combine items when multiples are purchased. Your item will be shipped to you within 5 BUSINESS days after payment has been received. All items being shipped have delivery confirmation and insurance reflected in the shipping costs.

International Shipments:

It is illegal to falsify claims documents on our international shipments. We will ONLY list the amount paid and an accurate description of goods purchased will be entered on all forms. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Unless specifically requested all international packages will be shipped Priority Mail International.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
