Here is a two-visor helmet with oxygen mask sticker on the back of the helmet reads:
Helmet Assembly, Flying PN 759-702 Size Large Contract N. DSA 100-74-C-0866 Sierra Eng. Co.
No cracks or damage to the helmet itself, a screw is missing on one side where the visor slides (see pics) the clear visor doesn’t move freely, probably needs lubrication and a new screw. The previous owner had this signed by other pilots who they worked with. It appears the pilot who owned this used cornstarch or powder to preserve the rubber oxygen mask (see pics, this is not rot or mold)
