Please see the picture. This sale is for a full size US USMC Army of Occupation Medal (MIB) . It is of current manufacture comes as shown in the original box of issue. These are replacements made by a Govt. Contractor for DOD use to send to those who never received them or lost them over the years. It was not made during WW2 but still is authorized and awarded by Govt.
