A lovely Locy Type 3 postmark from the US Navy gunboat U.S.S. Wilmington while she was at Hong Kong, China. Cancel is on a beautiful Japanese post card of Mount Fujiyama, Japan. Scanner has made this cancel very light. In reality, it is well struck and clearly read. The USCS Catalog of US Naval Postmarks gives this cancel a R-1 rarity value.
