We ship to the 50 US states and their territories.
International shipping is not available. To help ensure proper delivery of your order we prefer to send your purchase to a physical address; however, we are able to service PO Box delivery. If you are shipping to a PO Box or US Territory you should choose the shipping method of Fed Ex ground via smart post only. For APO/FPO/DPO delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.
Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Under Armour will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed and with hangtags attached). Your original PayPal account will be refunded the full purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you received your merchandise not as ordered or received damaged, contact our Customer Service Team at 1.888.727.6687.Need to exchange an item? Return your item for a refund and we welcome you to place a new order on .com for any Under Armour gear you desire.
Can I checkout one time for all items I have purchased?
Under Armour cannot combine checkout or shipping on multiple orders.
Can I add items to my order?
No. Under Armour is not able to make any changes to an order once the order has been placed. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.
How do I change or cancel my order?
In our commitment to process all orders as quickly as possible, we may not always be able cancel an order before it has shipped.
You can contact Under Armour's Customer Service team to attempt to cancel the order prior to shipment. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the item to receive a refund and then place a new order.
