Postage Delivery Standards

Canada Regular small parcel is 3-5 days within Ontario, up to 10 days nationwide. Tracking is automatically included.

Continental U.S. After 11 January 2013 ground services are no longer available. Small Packet Air (max 1kg/2.2 lbs) is 7-9 business days. No tracking is available until 11 February 2013 when it's renamed 'Tracked Packet'. 

 Light Packet (padded envelope) is 7-9 business days. No tracking available. 

Expedited is the minimum available on parcels over 1kg and automatically includes tracking. Delivery time to the USA is 5-10 business days depending on location. We will advise you of the delivery time when a shipping quote is requested or at time of invoicing. The cost varies by measurement, weight & location.

International: 4-7 weeks by surface (depends on whether it catches the next ship out). Air is 2-3 weeks to most destinations at roughly twice the cost. Tracking is not available.

We also offer Courier Services, especially on large items. The delivery time can be faster than the Post Office at the same price or a little higher. Please be advised though that you may stand a higher chance of being charged a customs duty fee especially on higher valued items.

Insurance: We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Please be assured that we pack with great care! When weight & size permits we double box for added safety.

Insurance will be included with the shipping cost and is purchased through Auctiva as Canada Post does not cover breakables. The average rate is $1.50.
