Unusual 1890's Sterling Silver Simons Thimble With Village Landscape Scene For Sale
If you are the high buyer on more then one of my sales please wait until I e-mail you an invoice so you can save on shipping. This is an Unusual 1890's Sterling Silver Simons Brothers Co. Thimble With Village Landscape Scene. In the apex (inside top) is the trademark for Simons Co. It is a shield in the shape of an upside down bell with a script S in the middle. Around the band is a scene of houses, combine, brick bridge, trees, fences, and hills. There is a small space for engraving. At the top it is stamped with STERLING, and the size 7. Below this is a scroll rim. There are no holes, and it is in round. The thimble is 11/16" tall, and the diameter of the opening is 1/2".I have insurance for U.S.A. buyers for .99 cents for $100, and for the international buyers it is $1.25 for $100.00.The only thing I ask of the international buyers is that they please speak English and can communicate with me. I only speak English. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not including in the item price or shipping charges. It is the international buyers responsibility.
