This is an old, unusual *adjustable* clarinet barrel. Fully functional, although tarnished and in need of cleaning. It has moving metal parts that work by twisting the top section up and down to allow for adjustment in the barrel. For Bb clarinet. Length ranges from about 58mm to 68mm when extended. It is a non-wood composite material. No maker name or other markings found, but you can see the fine craftsmanship and detailing. This may provide \"clues\" to someone moreknowledgeable?
