For sale is this beautiful antique Middle Eastern / Islamic hand chased solid silver cigarette case. It has been beautifully hand chased with some stunning work on both sides.

On one side there is a scene with a seated woman playing and instrument. There is stunning detail to her surroundings too. There is lovely floral work around her acting as a frame for the scene.

On the other side of the cigarette there, there is extremely fine hand chased work. There are pairs of beautifully formed exotic birds and a pair of rabbits too. Again, there is further floral work magnificently chased to the finest standard.

The cigarette case is high grade solid silver. There are two hallmarks to the inside, one for the purity - 84, and the other is the makers name.

The size of the cigarette case is 10.5cm x 7.7cm.

It weighs 147.8 grams.

The cigarette case is in very good condition. The locking mechanism also works perfectly.
