Up for sale is the Super Rare Venom: Lethal Protector #1 PRINTING ERROR BLACK COVER from 2/93 February 1993 , only 137 are known to exist so here is your chance to own one of the rarest comics ever!!!

I am also including a copy of the regular issued Red Foil cover in this sale as well.

I am not an expert grader but in my opinion and in the opinion of the local comic shop owners that I\'ve showed this too, it is in MINT condition ! Please take a look at all the photos and you can judge for yourself (it is sealed in a Mylite, though).

These error variants were because of a failure in the embossing process where not enough heat was used, leading the foil to come off the comic (some residue of the foil does remain in this case). Hence the birth of these BLACK Covers that Marvel made returnable back in the day.

I was fortunate to find one and buy it off the rack in 1993 and it went straight into the Mylite from there.
