I will be listing a ton of breweriana in the next couple months.Between inheriting a collection from my recently deceased uncle, thinning my own collection, and the need to clear out a bunch of items I purchased at areasales,all these items are priced to sell.

This item is a rare min advertising whiskey jug from South Dakota with dark blue or black stenciling of "Compliments of J.B. Camerer Vermillion, S.D". Jugs from this state rarely come up on the market. It is from a small town in Clay County in the southEastern corner of the state (population just over 10,000). Could not find any information on J. B, Camerer as this was probably a small grocery store sovenir item dating to the early 1900's. A little research shows that a Bauer Pottery Co. produced these jugs in Paducah, Kentucky from 1900-1906 and sold them to small stores for souvenirs give aways. As you can see, the stenciling is crisp and clear and overall the jug has no cracks, crip or major blemishes. If you have any questions, please send them to my attention.
