DESCRIPTION : A very fine quality and rare pair of 19th / early 20th century antique Chinese cloisonne enameled vases, of square "gu" shape, each vase superbly decorated allover with flowers and scrollwork reserved on light blue ground, interior and base in blue enamel, underside of each bearing a square plaque cast with the Hall mark "Baoyixuan Zhi" (made by Baoyixuan). Come with later date wooden stands.
AGE : Chinese, Qing dynasty, late 19th / early 20th century. ***Guaranteed Authentic***
MARK : four-character "Baoyixuan"seal mark on base.
DIMENSION : approximately 8 1/8" (20.5 cm) high without wood stands.
CONDITION: both vases inperfect condition; minor wear;tiny enamel pitting and production blemishes only. No damage or repair noted. Wood stands also perfect but one is slightly larger in size.
