Up for sale with , as all our sales have run for the past 10 years, is a gorgeous Victorian Period Enameled Cranberry Glass & Silver Plate Pickle Castor or Cruet. The set is quite beautiful with the Glass insert featuring fine hand enamel painted flowers throughout. The Silver Plate stand is the original, the insert fits perfectly and it is quite ornate with very fancy period designs throughout. The frame is marked as seen in the photos and is 100% guaranteed to be Victorian. The Tongs also look to be the original and feature nice period designs. The set displays beautifully, standing approx 10" tall by 4" wide and the Insert measures 4-1/2" tall by 3" wide. The Silver Plate Frame and Tongs are in good physical condition with no breaks and the frame shows little wear, just the tongs are worn to the Brass. The glass insert shows no chips, cracks or repairs.
