Up for sale with is a very fine pair of Cut Glass or Crystal Knife Rests with Sterling Silver Rings. The Knife Rests are very fine quality throughout and the Sterling mounts are Hallmarked for the fine Period Silversmiths J Sherwood & Sons, Birmingham England, Sterling Silver and the Date Letter for 1903. The Glass portions are very finely Cut with lovely early Art Deco designs. The Knife Rests are also a great size for use measuring 3-3/4" long by 1" tall and display beautifully with no chips, cracks or repairs, just some tiny nicks consistent with age. Knife Rests are always very popular and this is a particularly lovely pair that would make a fine addition to any collection or a fine and unique gift.
