MARKED AND HIGHLY DECORATIVE SPANISH SOLID SILVER FISH FIGURE

Description:
Very interesting Spanish solid silver fish figure, probably a carp. Very detailed in every respect, it is a nice addition for a silver collector of figures or for a fisherman.
It is marked with five-pointed star (since 1934, for a purity of –at least- .915, but normally of .925 for a greater possibility of export), the mark of the silversmith, and a sticker on one of the fins which reads “plata de ley” (standard silver).
