Only 1000 of these swords were ever produced. ( seeHeeresgeschichtliches Museum of Vienna publication "Austro-Hangarian Edged Weapons"page 418. ) Good blade with some oxidation/discoloration and a few spots of very minor rust, no wiggling or parts movement, it is rock solid, the grips leather is missing.
