Vintage 1920's Bruno labelled flatback mandolin built by Oscar Schmidt.Solid bookmatched Brazilian rosewood back and sides with tightly grained
Spruce top. Honduran mahogany neck with bound Ebony fretboard.High end features-covered tuners, compensated ebony bridge, cloud
tailpiece and inlaid, Gutta percha pickguard.There are cracks on the back-please see pictures. No cracks on the
front or sides. Some minor finish wear to the sides.Action is over 1/8" at the 10th fret, where neck meets body.
Neck angle is not perfect but not badly off. The mandolin is
playable and has a beautifully seasoned tone.Comes with the case shown in the photos.13" (330 mm) scale. 9 1/4" (23.5 cm) wide, 24 1/4" (61.5 cm)
long, 1 1/8" (28.5 mm) wide nut, 2 1/2" (6 cm) deep measured
at the side at the tailpiece.
