Neat OLD INDEPENDENT ORDER OF RECHABITES HANKIE OR SMALL BANNER. This says CENTARY 1935 in reference to the Orders 100th Anniversary. This is a biblical lodge, but were called \"tents\" instead of lodges. Nearly 1,000,000 members at the beginning of the 20th century. One of the scenes toward the bottom is Noah\'s Ark., another is a knight on a horse, and the other is a boat paddling with a large boat in the background. Not sure what they reference. Different little item. Maybe some folks had parents or grandparents who were members? Great vintage item. Cool looking collectible piece!

CONDITION: A few light stains. Creases are only normal folds and not damaged. Please see pic(s)!

I ship 99% of these in bubble envelopes and bend/fold them usually only once (if over 12\"). Often there is a fold somewhere already on the pennant, so I fold on the already existing fold.If it is likely to leave a fold mark I stuff tissue paper at the fold to minimize any permanent mark/wrinkle.

Ifwe could only go back, heading down Route 66, mid-July, dad at thewheel of the sedan, smoking cool and casual with the windows down,wearing a collared white shirt complete with necktie. His hat,of course, seated comfortably beside him and wife next, pointing outthe lovely flowers in the fields. She is clutching the newKodachrome and frequently convinces Henry to pull over from time totime so she can take a picture. Johnny and Susie in the backseat tired of the ride, but thrilled that dad bought them each a sodapop (in the bottle of course) and a cool pennant with an Indian on itat the last stop! Oh, if we could only take that trip one moretime!
