VINTAGE 1941 ES LOWE Roulette Wheel Game SetComes with the complete wheel, steel ball,chips, felt mat,playing instructions and case.I don\'t think anything is missing,it even has the cross piece for spinning that many wheels seem to be missing.The felt mat is in nice condition, but a bit wrinkled on the edge from the way it was put in the box. The wheel spins freely.There has been a repair to the front of the case, but it appears secure as it was (I think) glued from the inside.
