This is a custom made Smokey The Bear dashboard surfer with Smokey written across his hat an belt and holding his shovel. He is in excellent condition. Hehas beautiful color with a little aged finish and measures about 2 1/2 inches tall with a custom wooden surfboard with stingers and fin.
