Offered here is an assembledMonogrammodel kit of Snoopy as JoeCool. It is dated 1973.Snoopy is surfing on a big blue wave. It is a Snap-tite kit and used no glue. It would have operated on batteries (2 AA) and Snoopy would spin on the surfboard as it moved up and down on the wave. It does NOT appear to operate. Everything is in really good condition, I am sure that the battery connection could easily function with the proper attention.
