NICE VINTAGE TIN WIND UP PIECE. THE SEAL REARS UP AND DOWN ON HIS BACK LEGS WHEN YOU WIND HIM UP. THE MONKEY IS ATTACHED AND RIDES ON HIS BACK. I BELIEVE THIS PIECE ORIGINALLY CAME WITH A BALL ATTACHED ON HIS NOSE. HE IS IN GREAT SHAPE WITH ONLY A FEW LITTLE RUBS. VERY NICE BRIGHT TIN LITHO DESIGNS ON THE SEAL AND ON THE RIDER. A GREAT PIECE FOR ANY COLLECTION.
