Hand carved in Nigeria (it\'s only a guess).

It mightbe a ritual mask used by theIgbo tribe (it\'s only a guess too).

Colorful red, white and black maskat about 15\" tall.

It\'s roughly 8.5\" wide andabout 6\" deep.

This is not a machine massed produced item;
it completely hand made and old.

ConditionThis is very old and it shows; there are worm holes in the wood,some chips out of the wood (see picture of bird on top) and other dings and dangs.SO offer low, expect the worst and be happy.This mask came out of collection that was collateral for a loan from a friend and the loan was never paid becausethe friend passed on.
