Rarely seen up for sale - This is a Service Establishment card, issued by American Express to each retail selling location back in the days when paper credit card slips had to be submitted in batch form with this card imprint as the header.
The card is in remarkably pristine condition with no surface blemishes scratches or marks.
The retail company, JByons, has been defunct since the late 1990s.
