Payment must be completed within 4 days of the close of sale, and all PayPal or Credit Card payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked, a Non-Paying buyer alert will be filed, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELIST & SELL THE ITEM AGAIN ON .

Packages are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday/Holidays).  Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this sale. All orders are shipped via FedEx unless specified as USPS Priority shipping.  Fedex does not ship to P.O. Boxes - if a P.O. Box is required additional charges may apply to ship your item via USPS.  Please offer accordingly.  Hawaii, Alaska, & US Territories will be shipped via USPS and will require additional postage from our posted flat rate prices.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Any item sold over $200 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.

Local Pick Up:
Local Pick Up is available (unless otherwise indicated). Please call us at 708-478-4965 or contact us via messages if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Orland Park, IL 60467 store location. Items should be paid for prior to picking up (if you purchased a large item (e.g. furniture, appliances, etc.), please call us first to verify the pick-up location of the item). We request a courtesy call in advance so that we may have your item ready for you.

An item that is purchased as a local pick up must be picked up within 5 business days of the end of the sale. If it is not picked up, a storage fee of $10.00 per day, per item will be charged unless prior arrangements with the staff of iSold It of Naperville have been made.

If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, we'll create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on . The funds of that new sale will be applied to the storage fees incurred and the remaining balance from the sale (if any) will be mailed to you in the form of a paper payment.

All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a minimum $5.00 handling fee.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described and/or photographed in the sale. All information contained in this listing is considered reliable.

Shipping Claims:

There are rare occasions when an item is lost or sustains damage during shipment. Please call us to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the packaging and damage if available. The claims process takes approximately 10-21 business days. Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved & paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund. If your item is over $100.00, we require declared value coverage for your shipment at payment. Our liability, without declared value coverage shall not exceed $100.00.
