AND IN GOOD CONDITION .HAS 2 CHIME ARMS WITH WINDING KEY .EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT NEEDS TO BE LEVEL FOR BEST OPERATION OF CLOCK .PENDULUM DOES HAVE SOME MINOR SCRAPS . NICE DESIGN ON BASE OF CLOCK. ALSO HAS THE S AND THE T ON THE HANDS OF CLOCK .
