ITEM DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES
All items are sold AS IS. Most of my listings are for vintage collectable items, occasionally I get a true antique to offer. These items have been used to varying degrees and will have signs of this use. I try very hard to accurately describe the item. Please ask questions and review all pictures before offerding. Some of the pictures have glare spots on them and sometimes the true color of an item does not come through in the pictures. Pictures of book pages usually have a yellow tinge to them. My camera and flash sometimes puts a yellow tinge on white items. If you need additional pictures, please request them. Questions, and picture requests made on the last day of the sale may not get answered/sent before the sale ends. If you are in doubt that the item is as described please Do Not offer on it.

This sale is for a Beautiful Pair of Candelabras.
The estate I got them at called them Bristol Glass Lusters. I have also heard this type of glass called Cased Glass or Bohemian Glass.
They are 10.5 inches tall. They are 5.75 inches across the base and 6 inches across the ruffle at the top. They each have a blue, black and white Moriage design around the bowl part. They have a round foot. The stem has a fat base that tapers to a collar and then opens out into the bowl of the vase ending in a ruffle edge. The color is a light pink/purple to me.
Some might refer to these as vases, but to me they can’t be vases because around the bowl part of each are tiny holes that have the tiny metal hooks through them that hook the prisms and hold them in place. These little holes would let out the water, I think they are candelabras. They are open all the way down to the foot, the stem and foot are hollow. There is a large pommel spot in the middle of the underside of the foot on each. I did not find any makers mark on either.
There is a missing prism on each candelabra and one is also missing the tiny hook for the prism. The prisms in each candelabra have chips of various sized on their edges and points.
There are no chips or cracks on the candelabras themselves.

SHIPPINGI use USPS for mailing. Shipping for this item is U.S:Priority with delivery confirmation. International: International Priority or International Express. I am trying out the Global Shipping Program through . ’s shipping calculator will figure the postage for the package based on the weight and size of the package and your zip code. If the item end of sale value is $250.00 or greater then Signature Confirmation must be added so you will have to sign for your package.
There is a $2.00 handling charge included in the postage for U.S. shipping. International handling charge is $2.00.
MUTIPLE sale WINS
If you win multiple sales within a 24-hour period items will be combined in one box if possible. This will depend on the size, weight and fragility of each item. There will be a $2.00 handling charge for the first box, each additional box will have its own postage and handling charge. The Delivery Confirmation for each box will be proof that the Item(s) were received by the buyer.
IMPORTANT DETAILS I know this is a lot to read but I want you to know about payment, shipping, refunds, etc. I thank you for taking the time to read it.
Payment is due within 3 days of the sales end. When /PayPal notifies me of payment received I will ship the item within the next business day.If for some strange reason PayPal decides to hold the payment I will not be able to access the payment and therefore will not be able to ship the item.If that happens the buyer and I will have to confer and decide upon a course of action between the two of us.
I will ship to all countries covered by PayPal’s Seller Protection Plan. I am trying out the new Global Shipping Program for international sales. It states that it will notify the buyer of customs fees and delivery times. Hopefully it will be a good shipping method for users. I offer International Priority or International Express. International Shipping: I am not responsible for Customs Fees charged by your country or for delays in shipping caused by Customs. The buyer needs to check with their countries Customs Department to find out if Customs Fees will be charged for the item they are interested in. Nor am I responsible if a buyer offers on and wins an item that cannot be shipped to their country due to Customs/Postal regulations. If this happens the Buyer and I will have to agree to not complete the sale. International buyers agree to accept a copy of the postal receipt showing shipping date and customs number as proof that the item(s) were shipped to and received by the buyer.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POSTAL SYSTEM DAMAGE
Compensation (Compensation is the final sale value of the item) due to postal system damage: You, the buyer, are an important and required part of the insurance claim process. If your package arrives damaged then you must take the package to the post office BEFORE you open it so the damage to the package can be documented. They may tell you not to open the package. Opening a damaged package before bringing it to the attention of your local Postal Officials can negate an insurance claim and compensation of the item. An insurance claim must be started with the post office. You MUST keep the original box, packaging and the item. These items are required by the post office. You must contact me because the Postal System requires that the shipper starts the claim but you, the buyer, must bring in the original shipping box, packing materials and the item. If you can not provide these items the post office will not accept the insurance claim and I will not be able to issue you, the buyer, any compensation for the item. This is a lengthy process. You will get your compensation when the Postal System pays the insurance claim. This will take a minimum of six weeks but can take longer.
SIGNIFIGENTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED---NON-DELIVERY
Refunds are only for items that are Significantly Not As Described. An item that arrives in a damaged package is classified as Postal System Damage and is covered under POSTAL SYSTEM DAMAGE and not as Significantly Not As Described. No refunds will be issued for U.S./International non-delivery claims. Delivery Confirmation will be used on U.S. shipping and the buyer agrees to accept postal records of Delivery Confirmation as proof the item(s) were received. International buyers agree to accept the Customs Number issued by the Postal System as proof the item was shipped and received. Notification of intention to return item for Significantly Not As Described must be no later than 2 days after delivery confirmation indicates the package has been delivered. and I must have the item back within 20 days of the end of sale date. If item is returned for Significantly Not As Described then pictures of the returned item, listing pictures and Item Description will be sent to and PayPal. I will refund the final sale valve + the original shipping charge, upon receipt of item returned in original condition as it was sent to you, I, the seller, will determine if the item is in the same condition as I sent it to you, the buyer. Yes, this means you must pay the return postage if you return this item(s) If the item(s) are deemed to NOT be in the same condition as it was in when shipped or the item is not received back within 20 days then a refund will not be issued and the item will be shipped back to you, the buyer, if requested, using either 1st Class or Parcel Post.

Buyers:Shipping and delivery times are not the same thing. SHIPPING TIME is the 1 business day after payment is received. DELIVERY TIME is how long the postal system takes to deliver your package to you and I have no control over it. will attach the Delivery Confirmation number to the Order Details when the package is shipped.Please be aware that the delivery times that displays beside the shipping methods are not always correct. Delivery time by the USPS varies by the volume of mail per day that they handle. The time of year also affects delivery time.The USPS does not consider your package lost until 30 days after the date they accepted the package.
