A lovely old opalescent foil glass bead necklace - stunning shades of pink and gold foils, nicely graduated. These are old beads and beautifully coloured. The necklace is finished with an old gilt barrel push in clasp.
Many of the beads are slightly irregular in shape with the pink foil poured over the bead with irregular patterns - this makes it hard to identify damage from natural irregularities. I can find 9 of the 42 beads with damage - 4 of the larger beads but they all still have lots of colour.
The necklace measures 19 & 1/2inches in length. The largest central bead measures 3/4 of an inch in length.
