Vintage Early 1900s Kent Cast & Nickel Iron Toy Stove Range By Kenton Toys *exc*:
DESCRIPTION: This is an old cast iron toy miniature kitchen stove or range with the name “Kent” on the oven door. My research indicates that it was made in the early 1900’s by Kenton Toys in Kenton, Ohio. It features an opening oven door.
MATERIALS: Mostly factory painted cast iron with some nickel plated cast iron parts
DIMENSIONS: Measures about 4-¾ inches long.
CONDITION: Overall in EXCELLENT CONDITION. It was rarely played with, if at all. It has very nice ORIGINAL PAINT. It does have some scattered paint chips and wear.
This is a really nice toy stove that will look great in any cast iron antique toy or dollhouse miniature collection.
FYI: Our pictures are taken under bright incandescent camera lighting or using a flash that sometimes fades out the colors or makes them appear brighter. This also helps to show all distinguishing features and possible flaws on the item. Most of our antiques and collectibles have much darker, deeper, richer colors than appear in some of our photos, especially reds that tend to turn orange in appearance. Most of the items are photographed on a solid black or bright white background. If you have a question about the color of this item, please feel free to ask questions, because from my monitor to your monitor, the colors may appear different. So, you might think you are offerding on a rare color, when it might be a common color.
