VINTAGE GERMANY DRESDEN LACE "LOVER'S READING POETRY" DRESDEN LACE PORCELAIN FIGURINE Vintage Dresden Germany Dresden Lace Porcelain Figurine "Lover's Reading Poetry". Beautiful Dresden Lace Porcelain Figurine of a young lady and her lover reading a book of which I call Poetry. The lovely lady has a pink and white dress with ornate flowers. She is sitting in a beautiful high back chair and he is gently leaning towards her with his arm gently on her shoulder. The back of the chair is impressed with a number 2034. Below the number under the chair is a blue cross lines mark. I am not certain as to the maker. Also has some what appear to be pencil marks on the base. Looks like N3. The little figurine measures 4" high by 3 1/4" wide. The figurine is in good condition. It doesn't have any cracks or crazing. The lace shows some minor loss as usual on these delicate treasures. The applied flowers are intact. No really big damage. A beautiful little figurine to display or collect!
