We are pleased to offer this wonderfully hand carved gem stone opal elephant, complete with its original fitted wood stand. The elephant weighs 40 grams or 1.4 oz and stands about 1 1/2 inches tall. from the tip of his outstretched trunk to the back of his tail he is almost 2 1/2 inches. The green and blue opalescent stone markings are beautifully hughed and look like fine silk moving through the light. Look carefully at the charming hand carved details especially the trunk, tusk and mouth area. There is a chip to the edge of his right ear but it is not easily noticeable.
