VINTAGE HOWARD MILLAR REGULATOR WALL CLOCK

I\'mselling this clock for my neighbor. She said it needs a $5. part, the repair shopwanted to charge her $65. for labor, so she decided to sell it instead.The chimes sound beautifully, Ichecked every hour and they are accurate. I have not been able to keep it running. It appears to be intact, but I am selling it AS IS. The cabinet in in PERFECT condition.The glass is free of any scratches.It has been onmy neighbors wall in their study. Has neverbeen stored, so it is free of warping or dust build up. Over all it appears to be in pristine condition., please enlarge my pictures for a closer look. Maybe you know what $5. part it needs and you can fix it yourself:-). We both hope this beautiful piece finds a beautiful home!
