Very Heavy sculpture of a Seal. weight approximate 9lb. Shorty Killiktee (1949-1993) was a well-known carver from Cape Dorset, renowned by collectors . His legacy is continued by his son Simeonie Killiktee (b. 1973) whom he taught to sculpt at the age of seven, and by the dynamic young carver Toono Sharky (b. 1970), his nephew. Sculpture Measures 10\" X 6\" wide and 3 1/2\" high
