This is in excellent condition with only some minor wear to the brass finish which would need an expert to polish properly. On the very front on the base where sometimes there would be a plaque, there is slight variation in the shine which you can see in my close up photos is quite minor. Probably with the proper polish you would not see. This has serial number 166353 as shown and has its instruction booklet included. This measures 9 1/2" high X 8 1/4" wide X 6 1/2" deep.
