***GULF NO-NOX MOTOR FUEL GASOLINE GAS PUMP GLOBE***

This sale is for a Vintage Original Gulf No-Nox Gasoline Gas Pump Globe. This globe was recently found in the closet of an old store that is going out of business that used to be a gas station many, many years ago. The globe had the original brass base still attached. Globe was very dirty and grimey and I didn't do alot of cleaning other than with some warm water to risk doing any damage to the paint so it does need a better cleaning. Paint is in good condition for ageshowing some light fading and some discoloration in places. Lettering is all raised and very legible. Most all photos were taken in direct sunlight with no flash to give best view of piece.I do not see any visible nicks or cracks. Base edges all feel in good condition. Measures approximately 17" from side to side. Made of a very heavy milk glass withglobe and baseweighing over 8 1/2#. Piece will be securely wrapped and insured for damage.
