Up for sale this fine and ultra rare vintage men\'s Patek Philippe wristwatch Reference #2434, in a solid 18k gold rectangular-shaped case, manufactured in 1950\'s according to the serial number.
The watch has a size 25 x 40 mm not counting a winding crown, with 18 mm between lugs for the band.
The watch sports a genuine manual-wind 18 jewels Patek Philippe caliber 9-90 movement, epitomizing excellence and perfection of Swiss mechanical watches gold era.
The watch is in excellent clean condition for its age and retains its original dial with an indirect small seconds sub-dial.
The watch is good running and keeping time, supplied with a brand new high-quality leather band, ready to wear and enjoy, and to grace your vintage watches collection.
