Being offered is a collectible vintage old "SEEBURG 1000" Juke Box counter top "Background Music System" and 151 "Seeburg" Records (16 2/3 RPM) ... Circa late 1950's-early 1960's ... Sleek, compact 22" x 14 1/2" x 12" stamped aluminum case finished in "textured" or "hammered" gun metal gray (hand grip slots on either side) ... Hinged front door has striped speaker screen, "Thunderbird Turquoise" plate glass upper "window" and chrome frame with locking latch and key ... Interior is clean with "General Information" tag and "Preventative Maintenance Chart" ... Motor spins quietly and freely when plugged in, record stack spindle and gears turn when interior lever pulled, double stylus (for record top and bottom play) "crackles" through speaker when touched ... So what makes it play? ... Maybe you know? ... Comes with 151 SEEBURG 16 2/3 RPM Records (Five Boxed 25 Record sets plus 26 on turn table) ... Records of seven label varieties ... Please see photos. MOTOR SPINS QUIETLY AND FREELY WHEN PLUGGED IN, RECORD STACK SPINDLE AND GEARS TURN WHEN INTERIOR LEVER PULLED, DOUBLE STYLUS (FOR RECORD TOP AND BOTTOM PLAY) CRACKLES THROUGH SPEAKER WHEN TOUCHED. HOWEVER, WE CANNOT GET IT TO ACTUALLY PLAY THE RECORDS WITH FULL SOUND. MAY BE JUST A SIMPLE ADJUSTMENT, HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE OF THESE UNITS BEFORE.
