Aluminum Alleyway Light with Shade.
You are offerding on one magnificent light made of Aluminum. This design is normally referred to as a bulkhead design because is was designed to mount directly to the wall with the globe pointing down.Brass was originally used on ships and that changed largely during the 70's where more and more cruise liners and ocean liners started using aluminum.The construction on these salvaged lights is excellent and last for years and years under all weather conditions and that why they are perfect for beach homes and can be used both indoor and outdoor.Globe is made of strong glass Cage around the glass easily screws offThe unique thing about this light is it can be used without the shade too .
We have been in the business of salvaging ocean liners and cruise liners for over 25 years from across the world. These ships were commissioned in the 1940's to 1950's and were decommissioned between the years 2007 to 2009. Hence we assure all our buyers that 99% of inventory is all original nautical antiques and not cheap reproductions.
This light is a great size and can be attached to a wall pretty easily.
