VINTAGE SIGNED DAUPLAISE SILVER TONE CLIP EARRINGS LARGE OVAL BLACK STONE:

This is a pair of clip earrings with a bold contemporary look. They are silvertone, with a black oval stone as the centerpiece in the metal design. The stone feels natural rather than plastic or glass; I\'m not sure if it is onyx, black spinel, or another natural stone. The designer signature \"Dauplaise\" is stamped on the back of the earring. The original owner gave them to me, but I don\'t wear clip earrings. Please note the ruler in the pictures as it gives a guideline as to the size of the earrings. If this is not enough information, I am happy to take further measurements. Please look at all of the pictures and zoom in for details, as they are an important part of the description. There were small white rubber cushions at the contact points with the ear lobe, but the cushions crumbled when I inspected the earrings, so I removed them. I\'m sure that other cushions could be attached if desired.
