This is a 40\'s-50\'s fore deck mooring bitt (or cleat) that was found in a box with some other boat parts here in fresh water Michigan. It is new old stock and was never mounted on a boat (just minor shelf wear...see pictures). It is made of chrome plated bronze and is about 3 1/2\"\' long x 2\" wide x 2\" high. I think it was made by Wilcox Crittenden or Perko. This is a beautiful and very high quality piece. Hope you can use it on your boat.
