Item: -Vintage SpanishSolid Silver & Gilt Snuff Box

Description: - This is a superb qualitySpanish silver & gilt snuff box. The snuff box lid is embossed with a scene of dogs hunting a boar within a scrolling design. The sides of the box are further embossed with a scroll-work design. The inside of the box shows evidence of a gilt wash finish. The base of the box is stamped with the spanish pentagram quality mark indicating a minimum of .915 standard mark purity, with the hexagonal maker\'s mark \'Vera\'. This is a beautiful quality example in good clean condition.

Condition: - This is a very beautiful quality example in good clean vintage condition. The hinge works perfectly and closes tightly. There are no dings, dents, damage or repairs.
