Here for your consideration is a vintage German style ceramic beer stein that was made in Japan. Beautiful 3-dimensional raised relief craftsmanship and colorful hand painting of the festive couple against a rustic Bavarian setting are complemented by a lovely German tune. (I regret that I am unable to identify the melody). The music plays whenever the vessel is raised. When the stein is set down again, the music stops. Very good condition (please see condition description and photos above). 9-1/4\" tall by 5-1/2\" wide (with handle). Diameter of 2-7/8\" at the mouth and 4-1/8\" at the bottom. Weight of item alone is 29.7 oz.
