Virginia Metalcrafters -For your pleasure is this rare opportunity to own a complete set of 10, Virginia Metalcraters Christmas trivets in their boxes. These trivets are Limited Editions Christmas Trivets. Each year since 1995 Virginia Metalcrafters introduced a new Christmas trivet. These trivets became popular and collectible and were only made for one year and then discontinued. These trivets were designed to be displayed on a tabletop or hung on a wall. The back of each trivet has the name of the trivet and the year of production cast into the back.

Each of these hand cast trivets began with a wooden pattern which was pressed into finely textured sand to produce a hollow mold which was filled with molten brass. After cooling, each sand mold was destroyed in order to remove the trivet, thus making each one unique.

In addition to the 10 piece set of Christmas trivets, is included a Williamsburg Pineapple Christmas trivet made by Virginia Metalcrafters in 2000.
