Here is a vintage 1950\'s era sewing pattern. This is Butterick pattern #7990, in a size 16, with a 36\" bust.

QUICK \'N EASY SCOOP NECK BLOUSE - Scoop neck tops for your separates wardrobe. (A) Below-elbow sleeved blouse with a 2 button closing, stand-up collar. (B) Cap sleeved view with 4 buttons, flat collar. (C) Collarless view.

This pattern was cut and used, but all of the pieces are accounted for.
