 I offer the cheapest shipping possible short of paying for it myself. The shipping fee on this listing reflects only true shipping and delivery confirmation, meaning that you pay only the amount that I have to give to the postal clerk. I buy my packing materials out of the final sale price, and I never charge a handling fee.  

 Payment is due within 24 hours of sale's end unless other arrangements are made within that time.  Other arrangements are easy to make (basically I just want to know you're planning to pay).  If you win an sale but make no contact within 24 hours, I reserve the right to offer the item to the second-highest buyer in addition to filing an unpaid item case with you.
