hItem Description and Conditiong
This a vintage Andrea by Sadek porcelain cheese serving board/tray in the "Garden of India" pattern. It features a lovely, multi-colored design, with a raised pattern around the sides (see close-ups) and a hole for hanging.

The cheese board is 5 1/4" wide and about 9 1/2" long. It isin like-new condition with some minor shelf wear. It does not appear to have ever been used and has no cracks, chips or crazing.
Please read the RED paragraph below about packaging/shipping.
Please see the photo(s) to judge the condition for yourself, as they are part of the description to which you commit as a buyer.
I source my items from estate sales, yard sales, sales, second-hand stores, antique markets, etc. Therefore, the information I can provide about items may be limited. I am not a professional appraiser/grader. My opinion of item condition is subjective. Many of my pre-owned and pre-loved items will show signs of wear consistent with their age. I do my best to note any defects, but please grant some grace if there is something I missed. If I missed it, it's probably not very noticeable.
hPackaging and Shippingg
I live in a non-smoking, cat friendly household. My items are stored in a room where my cats are not permitted.
I have cleaned this item of any surface dust and will wipe it down one last time before packaging. However, I will not guarantee that stray cat hair does not find its way into the packaging.
Do note that resellers are reporting a significant increase in package/item damage during shipment. I ship my items in boxes that a little oversized to allow for more bubble wrap. This increases the postage a bit but it increases the likelihood that your item(s) will arrive safely.
I will usually mail item(s) within three business days after the purchase date (I check messages in the evening so don't count the first day). If you are in a rush to receive your order, please let me know immediately upon purchase and I will tell you what is possible, as I do work full-time.
The colorof the actual item(s) could be slightly darker or lighter than pictured due to camera and lighting conditions when taking photos. I try to enhance the photos to be as true-to-life as possible or to bring out certain details I feel are important to buyers.
Do note that while my original photo files are high-resolution, some focus and clarity is lost in uploading to . Some faint/fine imperfections may not be visible.
While I try to include all four sides and top/bottom of items, I will sacrifice one/some of these images to include photos of obvious condition issues (like a significant chip) within the 12 photos allowed by .

hDamaged On Arrival?g
If the item(s) arrive in a package that appears damaged ?
1.Take photos of the package damage from various angles BEFORE YOU OPEN IT. These photos arerequired to authenticate the damage for your refund and/or insurance claim. Phone photos are OK but please use good lighting.
2. Once you open the box, take a photo to show the contents BEFORE you remove the contents and start to unwrap the bubble wrap. Again, this is to authenticate the damage for your refund and/or insurance claim.
3. Once you have unwrapped the bubble wrap, if the item(s) are indeed damaged, photograph the damaged item(s).
4. If the item(s) were damaged, send all the photos to me/the seller and I will contact you.
5. If you couldn't tell the item(s) were damaged until unwrapping them, stop as soon as you see damage and take photos. Do photo the box, anyway, and send me all the photos. I will still discuss refunds but this just means the insurance claim will be problematic.
hRefunds and Returnsg
Seller will agree to refunds for everything except buyer remorse, failure of buyer to ask questions before purchase, or failure of buyer to read the complete item description.
If there was damage during shipment, the seller will work with the buyer to see if a partial refund will suffice (like if the buyer wants to still keep the item, or for example, if one of six glasses were broken and the buyer only wants a refund for the broken one). If an agreement on a partial refund cannot be reached, the seller reserves the right to require the buyer to return the item(s) in the condition in which they arrived for a full refund to be made upon return to the seller. A full refund will not be issued until the item(s) are returned to the seller.
Seller will only refund the cost of the item(s) once returned to the seller in same condition as sold the buyer or shown in the buyer?s photos indicating damage.
Seller will not refund initial shipping costs to the buyer.
Buyer must pay the shipping costs to return the item(s). Buyer is responsible for packaging the item(s) appropriately for return shipment, which includes providing an undamaged box.
Seller will charge a 10% restocking fee for the item. The restocking fee will be taken from the initial amount paid for the item and out of the refund.
