I take pride in my shop and always aim to describe items accurately. Vintage and preowned items are not new. Minor flaws or signs of age are to be expected and will not be considered misrepresented. In the event a package is lost or damaged during transit, a refund will not be given until the Postal Inspector investigation and claim is complete. Should the investigator prove the package was delivered undamaged, no refund will be given. This policy is to prevent fraud. Stolen mail is considered a felony.
