Picture 4 will show and \"X\" mark on the exterior of the bowl. I am undecided whether this is a hairline or a scratch. There is absolutely no evidence of an imperfection on the decorated side. You be the judge.
Vivid colors in flowers. Chintz pattern is against a very subtle grey \"fish scale\" background.Collectors of this pattern probably know that there are several different marks. First buyer has the choice which cup s/he wants. Other than the inner gold rim, cups are the same as far as condition. Crazing which is only visible on non-decorated side is extremely fine.
This nice mid-size serving bowl measures 9.25 inches long and 7 inches wide. About 1.5 inches deep.
Due to hairline question, this is sale format with a very low starting offer! Great little bowl which displays nicely!
